Log on as a user with Administrative permissions, and then start the installation again. If you are logging on as the Domain Administrator, make sure the Local Administrator is part of the domain. If the error continues with the correct Administrator access for installing there could be a Java related problem. Brightmail should have installed the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). If it is not installed check to see if a policy is in the environment is setting limits on the use of Java.
