Savoy is the best cinema hall you will find in the Colombo (Might be the best in country as well, I haven't tried the movie theatres in other areas of the country). It was recently renovated with new seats and a new screen and a projector. Picture quality and sounds are awesome at this movie theatre. There is not much parking space for the movie theatre itself. But along the road you will find enough parking spots. There is a mini restaurant inside the movie theatre. Cost of the food items will be a little higher than outside which is a common practise in the industry.
